At Cozy Collective, we believe winter is meant to be felt — in warmth, comfort, and quiet moments that linger. Each piece is carefully chosen to bring that feeling into your everyday. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging and tags intact

Due to the personal nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used.

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Items that arrive damaged or defective

If your item is not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear images so we can assist you promptly.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance, the following items cannot be returned once used or opened:

  • Socks
  • Headwear (beanies, caps)
  • Hoodie blankets or wearable items that show signs of use

Returns that do not meet our conditions may be declined.

Our pieces are designed to be lived in — but not briefly borrowed. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or misuse.
